Dating back to the 19th century, pho carries many stories. Its exact origin is still debated, but inside the Pho Nam Ly family, we keep one tale close to our hearts.

It is said that a French wife and a Vietnamese husband, brought together by love, food, and the joy of sharing, created a dish that later became part of our family memory: pho.

Their full love story may have faded over time, but the recipe they left behind lives on. It was passed from one generation to the next, changing gently along the way, shaped by different hands, different kitchens, and different tastes.
